Discount Value

This section lets you choose how the discount will be calculated, either as a percentage or a fixed amount.
  • Percentage - Enter a percentage for a discount. "Max Amount" allows you to set a threshold amount; for example, if you set $50, even if the % calculation results in a $90 discount, the maximum applied discount will be $50
  • Flat Amount - Enter a fixed amount to be applied to the customer's cart as a discount.
  • Free Delivery - Waive the delivery fee from the customer's cart.

Buy X, Get Y Configuration
This section lets you create offers where customers buy certain items and receive another item for free or at a discount. Below are the steps on how to configure this discount:
  • Customer Buys - Here, you define what the customer must buy to unlock the offer.

You can choose between:

  • Minimum quantity of items - For example, A Customer must buy 2 items.
  • Minimum purchase amount - For example, A Customer must spend $50.

  • Customer Gets - Next, define what the customer will receive once the “Buy X” condition is met.

Options include:

  • The quantity they will get (e.g., 1 free fries)
  • Whether they can get an item from specific products or specific categories

This allows you to configure classic offers like “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” or cross-sell offers like “Buy a Sneakers, Get a T-shirt.”

  • At a Discounted Value - Choose how the reward item will be discounted:
Percentage - Example: Get the second item at 15% off.
Amount off each - Example: Get $15 off the selected reward item.
Free - The reward item becomes completely free.
Maximum uses per order - Useful when you want to prevent customers from stacking the offer too many times in a single order.
